Join Moderator Megan Hodge of Ally Bank, along with Marilu Jimenez, Lauren kohr, and John Byrne as they discuss why there are still gaps in AML leadership opportunities for women, career paths, availability of mentors and what challenges continue today. The group covers successes and lessons learned, successful and inspirational leaders in AML, turning points in their careers that enabled success, and moving away from a "scarcity mindset" (fighting for a seat at the table) to an "inclusive mindset" (building a bigger table) to enable all and finding ways to support each other at any level.
